Tackaberry’s Hearth Department is staffed by Dave Levee, Marty Garrah,  Peter Raftis and Doug Martin.

Dave Levee manages our Kingston Showroom at 639 Justus Drive and is responsible for all contractor quoting and support. Dave has filled a variety of key sales positions within our company and his background and knowledge of our industry make him a valuable employee and a great source of information.

Marty fills both an internal sales position for our Hearth Department as well as lead purchaser for all Hearth Related Vendors. He has filled a variety of capacities within Tackaberry and is an excellent source for pricing, literature and overall Hearth support.

Peter is both G2 and WETT certified. He worked for a leading Hearth Retailer from 1988 to 2006. Peter’s role is that of Technical advisor and he is available to assist our customers on both installs and service calls. His truck is fully stocked with both service parts and new installation material and we would encourage you to contact Peter for assistance on any Hearth related issue.

Doug also worked with Peter and was the new home construction coordinator and key contact person for this division.  He has been an active member of the Kingston Home Builders Association, was elected Member of the Year in 1995-96, earned the Presidents Award in 2001-02 and became President of the association in 2004-05. He most recently worked with a very large HVACR contractor with locations all across North America and was the top performing sales person in Canada from 1999-2005. Doug is well liked and well versed to handle the RNC side of our Hearth business.

Tackaberry has also evolved into a manufacturers' agent in Ontario. We are the representatives for Blaze King and Valley Comfort Products in Ontario, Quebec and the Eastern Provinces. As well, we are the master distributor for Simpson Duravent in Ontario.
