We guarantee our Dealer Network that the equipment we sell will perform to the manufacturers' specifications, or we'll refund 100% of their money. We believe that we need to offer a warranty promise that goes beyond that of the manufacturer. If Tackaberry endorses a product and we encourage our Dealers to buy it, then we feel a strong commitment to be there if and when it fails.
If our Dealers or their customers experience continual breakdowns, improper or unsatisfactory operation during the first 90 days after start up, we'll do the following:
- Give our Dealer a FULL refund on the unit- 100% of what the Dealer paid us for the product
- Pay our Dealer a reasonable amount of labour to remove the unit
We appreciate that our Dealers have multiple options when it comes to the product that they purchase and install. Our support and our commitment to a hassle free transaction go well beyond the point of sale. If we sell it, we back it. Simple as that.
